| The Klamath Falls City School
District began serving Migrant, Bilingual and other English Language Learners (ELL) in 1984 with
programs and methods different from those provided in the past. The change was due to Migrant and Title
III funds being awarded to the District for providing a variety of English
as a Second Language programs
and services which were not possible without outside funding. In 2006, the migrant program was moved to the Southern Oregon Education Service District.
