English Language Learners (ELL)

The Klamath Falls City School District bs and services which were not possible without outside funding. In 2006, the migrant program was moved to the Southern Oregan serving Migrant,  Bilingual and other English Language Learners (ELL) in 1984 with programs and methods different from those provided in the past.  The change was due to Migrant and Title III funds being awarded to the District for providing a variety of English as a Second Language programegon Education Service District.
