📣 Klamath Union Cheer Camp is off to a spirited start! 📣
Day one of the five-day Klamath Union Cheer Camp kicked off with more than 70 students from Mills, Pelican, Conger, and Roosevelt elementary schools, along with sixth graders from Ponderosa Middle School.
Under the guidance of head coach Jacqueline Mack and assistant coaches Erinne Baker and Trina Visscher, the KU cheer team welcomed students with energy, encouragement and Pelican pride. The campers spent the evening learning cheers, chants, and fun routines.
The camp will culminate this Friday with an exciting homecoming halftime performance during the Klamath Union varsity football game against Cascade Christian (7 p.m. start) on Modoc Field. Campers will showcase a special dance performance at halftime and will also bring energy throughout the football game as they will perform five cheers on the track alongside the KU cheer team.
