We welcome back all our staff as Klamath Falls City Schools had its district in-service at The Ross Ragland TheaterTuesday morning.
The event's keynote speaker came from Capturing Kids' Hearts Leadership Development Strategist, Ron Fox.
"I want you to take a picture of someone, either right now or later today, who is a projector of hope or joy," Fox said. "We need to find out where those people are and we need to celebrate them."
"There is not going to be an email sent, saying be a purveyor of hope today; I don't think that email is going to be coming back. There should not be a memo of having to say it ... you get to decide what that looks like. So if that looks like, on the way out, I am giving someone a high five that I don't even know, good for you."
"If it means next Tuesday, most importantly, when those kids come in, you say, I am so glad you are in my class, good for you."
