Dressed in caps and gowns, seniors returned to the halls where many of their educational journeys first began, visiting Pelican, Conger, Roosevelt, and Mills elementary schools, as well as Ponderosa Middle School. Along the way, they were greeted by cheering students, applauding staff members, and even former teachers who played a role in helping shape them into the young adults they are today.
The walk offered a full-circle moment for graduates as they revisited familiar classrooms, hallways, and faces from years past. For younger students, it was an opportunity to see what is possible through hard work, perseverance, and a commitment to learning.
As high-fives echoed through the hallways and smiles filled every building, the graduation walk served as a powerful reminder every graduate's story begins somewhere, and that the support of a school community can leave a lasting impact for years to come.
