Final holiday concert at KFCS: Ponderosa Middle School had its band holiday concert Thursday night. Directed by Allen Haugh and Drew Langley, Ponderosa's Beginning Band, 6th Grade Advanced Band, Jazz Band and Symphonic Band, were all featured. The school's Symphonic Band ended the night with a selection of music from Disney's, Frozen.
Pelican Elementary School students showed off their band, orchestra and choir talents at Thursday afternoon's winter concert in the school's gymnasium. Students ended the concert with singing Silent Night in American Sign Language.
