Title I-A: provides financial assistance to LEAs and schools with high numbers or high percentages of low-income children to help ensure that all children meet challenging state academic standards.

Title I-D: improves educational services for children and youth in local institutions for neglected or delinquent children and youth, to provide the students with services to make a successful transition from institutionalization to further schooling or employment and to prevent at-risk youth from dropping out of school.

Title II-A: focuses on preparing, training, and recruiting high-quality teachers and principals. The Title II-A program is designed, among other things, to provide students from low-income families and minority students with greater access to effective educators.

Title IV-A SSAE: focuses on increasing capacity to provide all students with access to a well- rounded education, improve conditions for student learning, and improve use of technology to improve the academic achievement and digital literacy of all students.

Title V-B RLIS: Support authorized activities that will assist efforts by rural districts serving high percentages of students from low-income families to address the priorities for support.
