A big congratulations to members of this year’s Klamath Falls Falcons 19 and under baseball team for their efforts in being runner-up in the American Legion Northwest Class-A Region Tournament championship game Monday.
The renown accomplishment comes after the Falcons earned the Oregon American Legion state championship, which took them to play in the regional tournament in Idaho.
Two Klamath Union High School baseball players contributed to the team’s success this year in third baseman and upcoming senior at KU, Parker (PJ) Safford and right fielder, and 2025 Klamath Union graduate, Ryan Glidden.
