Hello KFCS families,
We wanted to make sure every family in our school district was aware and had access to the Oregon Governor's Executive Order No. 25-09, requiring every Oregon school district to have a policy that shall prohibit the use of personal electronic devices by students from the start of regular instructional hours until the end of regular instructional hours. The policy must be adopted no later than October 31, 2025, and effective no later than January 1, 2026. We have provided a weblink with all the information about the executive order below.
