Administrators and teachers at all of our schools had a Capturing Kids' Hearts training Wednesday at Running Y Resort.
Capturing Kids' Hearts Leadership Development Strategist, Ron Fox, and three fellow members of the CKH staff helped with the training.
A highlight of the day was a game of rock, paper, scissors but with a twist. Once someone lost, they were instructed to cheer on the fellow staff member they lost to, eventually leading to decide a winner in each conference room.
Fox and his fellow CKH staff encouraged KFCS staff the activity could be used as an ice breaker in classrooms, with the idea of encouraging support within staff and fellow students.
