Classified staff at Klamath Falls City Schools were left motivated and impacted after a Capturing Kids' Hearts training Thursday at Running Y Resort.
There were various different group activities but one stood out.
KFCS staff were separated into groups of 10 people. The activity began with blowing up a balloon by each member, who then added it to a plastic bag. The next exercise followed with keeping the bag of balloons up in the air, counting how many times the bag was touched without falling.
The last activity changed team chemistry as a small ball of weight was added to the bag, making it nearly impossible to keep it in the air.
The purpose of the activity was helping everyone understand the weight of negativity and what it does to the collective group was powerful.
