KFCS classified staff gathered at the James Ivory Arts Center at Klamath Union High School on Thursday, October 9, for a full day of professional development. The training day featured sessions designed to strengthen staff knowledge and collaboration across several key areas, including Synergy and Raptor systems, campus safety, trauma-informed practices, and behavior strategies.
Presenters included Jesse Kasik, Sean Ferns, School Resource Officers, Tori Doddridge, and Dr. Dawn Bailey, who each led sessions focused on improving tools and techniques that support student success and safety. Staff also had time built in for collaboration and discussion throughout the day.
