Onsite Training Confirmation

We are excited to confirm your onsite training session at Klamath Falls City Schools with Cheryl Thompson, one of our talented Professional Learning Specialists. The Getting Started with Imagine EdgeEX training will be held:

August 25, 2025

9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Pacific time

(Lunch break planned from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm)

We are expecting approximately 20 participants at the session.

To help ensure a successful and effective set-up, here are some additional suggestions:

Your trainer will be onsite prior to the session, so please have a local technician or someone available to assist with any technical troubleshooting at that time.

All participants should be able to login to the platform prior to the session. If you need assistance with this process, implementation leaders can contact Lauren Nelson, who is copied on this email.

Please remember there should be a maximum of 30 participants per session.

All participants should have access to a computer with internet connection during the training.

A projector or interactive whiteboard with speakers is beneficial for the presentation component.

If possible, we recommend having your district or school’s implementation lead begin the session with an overall vision of the plan to implement the program.

If your session includes multiple product lines, we highly recommend that participants only attend for the product line they will be utilizing to ensure the best use of their time.

Please let us know if adjustments are needed to fit your specific implementation needs. In the event that you need to cancel your session, we ask that you let our team know as soon as possible. Our policy regarding cancellations and no-show sessions can be found below*.
